Shipping Timeframe

Processing times may vary slightly depending on seasonal demand, but most orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Transit durations are estimated based on your location and carrier availability. While domestic deliveries typically take 3-7 business days, international shipments may require 10-20 business days. Note that unforeseen circumstances like weather disruptions or customs inspections may occasionally extend these timelines.

We offer transparent shipping options tailored to your order value:

Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $15 for orders under $60.
Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Automatically applied to orders totaling $60 or more.

Shipping Regions

Currently, we ship to over 50 countries across North America, Europe, and select regions in Asia and Oceania. Due to evolving trade regulations, we temporarily cannot deliver to certain destinations; a full list of restricted areas is available at checkout. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. For consolidated shipments (multiple items), tracking updates may reflect individual stages of fulfillment. If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days, check your spam folder or reach out to us.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While rare, delays can occur due to logistical complexities. For lost packages, we’ll initiate a trace process with the carrier and either reship your items or issue a refund upon investigation.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties levied by their country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in your order total. We recommend consulting your customs office for estimates, as fees vary widely by region and product category. Unfortunately, we cannot mark shipments as "gifts" to avoid tariffs—this violates international trade laws.
